Luminary Café – Outline

We are excited to invite you to participate in Luminary Café, an intimate, upscale evening of dance, music, and immersive cabaret performance. This is a professional showcase, designed for accomplished performers, featuring a sophisticated atmosphere and curated audience experience.

Event Overview:

• Time: Saturday 7pm-10:30+pm

• Duration: Approximately 3–4 hours total

• Café & Refreshment Hour 7pm: Guests arrive and enjoy beverages and light fare while settling into cabaret-style seating.

• Main Performance Hour (60-75 Minutes) 8pm: A dynamic, professional-level presentation featuring dancers, musicians, and interactive performance elements.

• Post-Show Open Dance: We clear the tables to the side and guests can dance to upbeat middle eastern style music, mingle with performers and continue the intimate cabaret experience.

Venue & Setup:

• Cabaret Tables & Tiered Seating: Multiple ticket levels offering varying proximity and comfort, creating an elegant, salon-style environment. Tickets $20-$60

• Optional Projection/Visuals: A projection system may be used to enhance atmosphere and storytelling. TBD

• Collaborative Creative Space: We welcome artistic input on choreography, music, or other performance elements that elevate the evening’s experience.

Participation Details:

• This event is for professional performers only; student groups will not be participating.

• After fixed costs are covered (this includes the MC and stage manager). Remaining ticket revenue will be shared by performers on a per-slot percentage basis there should be 10-13 slots. Tips go to performers and musicians.

• Rehearsals and technical run-throughs will be scheduled in advance the day of to ensure a polished presentation.
